This week we return once again to the areas of Barcelona which are undergoing a drastic makeover. In practically every single neighborhood, there is a least one cluster of houses which are walled-up one after the other, as its owners finally accept to move elsewhere. To unattractive high-rise buildings, of course. No wonder the development plans destroy the character of these areas.
