Dead leaves fascinate me because they create intricate patterns of an incredible variety. Their ephemeral beauty has inspired poets and painters alike, not to mention fashion designers. Today’s picture plays around with grey and copper tones for a change.
Here is another picture of my Pools of Emotions series. The weather has been typical of the season lately, and I think that dry leaves and rain drops reflect quite well the current mood!
The title of this photograph is “Seducció” in catalan, which means seduction. It looks as if the leaf at the top right is trying to attract the one at the bottom left.
I remember my first visit to the Tíbidabo park when I was a kid, I just loved it! Today, the magic is still there, and the colourful rides attract crowds of children and grownups alike.
