I just love buildings, whether ancient or modern, especially the ones that can be found in industrial zones. The one in the picture is located in the area which was known as the Catalan Manchester in the 19th century.
In the area known as 22@, the old buildings of the Catalan Manchester era going back to the 19th Century are being replaced by hotels and office towers.
