In Barcelona many old buildings have been converted into modern public facilities. It is the case, for example, of the Institute of Mental Health which is now the library and the headquarters of the district of Nou Barris.
The sky is overcast these days, and I am craving for bright colors. I have slipped on my special glasses, and decided to walk around my neighborhood. This is what I saw this morning.
